Your day-to-day:
- Manage and oversee Brand Retail operations within the assigned region.
- Ensure achievement of sales, profitability, and operational KPIs.
- Lead, coach, and develop retail teams to deliver exceptional consumer experience.
- Monitor retail performance, analyze sales trends, and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive execution of merchandising, promotional, and trade marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Manage staffing, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Identify business opportunities and recommend actions to improve retail performance.
Who we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Retail Operations, Sales, FMCG, or Commercial Management.
- Proven experience managing multiple retail locations and leading large teams.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in KPI management, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent English is preferable.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned area.
