Your day-to-day: 

  • Manage and oversee Brand Retail operations within the assigned region.
  • Ensure achievement of sales, profitability, and operational KPIs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop retail teams to deliver exceptional consumer experience.
  • Monitor retail performance, analyze sales trends, and implement improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive execution of merchandising, promotional, and trade marketing activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage staffing, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Identify business opportunities and recommend actions to improve retail performance.

 

Who we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Retail Operations, Sales, FMCG, or Commercial Management.
  • Proven experience managing multiple retail locations and leading large teams.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in KPI management, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent English is preferable.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned area.
