Your day-to-day:

 

  • Monitor contractors’ compliance with company policies and contractual obligations; ensure quality of services and timely corrective actions. 
  • Analyze transportation‑related costs and propose optimization measures; ensure stable and predictable pricing through improved procurement and consumption processes. 
  • Maintain and update Transportation Policy and relevant internal instructions; ensure alignment with legislation and internal procedures. 
  • Evaluate driving skills of newly hired employees and provide guidance to all employees operating company vehicles. 
  • Manage registration, re‑registration, deregistration, and documentation for all company vehicles; ensure accurate reporting on transportation expenses, fuel, maintenance, and mileage.
  • Ensure proper technical condition of the vehicle fleet, including timely maintenance, repairs, technical inspections, and use of original spare parts. 
  • Plan, coordinate, and control timely replacement, commissioning, decommissioning, and sale of vehicles; consolidate requests and prepare capital expenditure documentation. 
  • Organize vehicle procurement and delivery, including for regional and Central Asian locations; prepare defect reports and accept vehicles from suppliers or employees. 
  • Plan the budget for transportation services, technical maintenance, and vehicle procurement; monitor expenditures and provide timely financial updates. 
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and project‑based reports on transportation services, expenses, fuel consumption, and fleet performance. 
  • Participate in selection of service providers and formation of contractual terms; control contractor performance under signed agreements. 
  • Maintain strict compliance with safety, occupational health, environmental, and internal corporate regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management within the scope of specialization and in compliance with safety rules.

 


Who we're looking for:

 

  • Higher education in Economics, Law, or Engineering. 
  • Extensive experience in Financial Management, Procurement, Project Management, Facility Management, Process Improvement, or Project Engineering in a multinational environment. 
  • Fluent English is preferrable. 
  • Exceptional planning and negotiation skills; strong customer focus and analytical abilities. 
  • Proven leadership and project management skills. 
  • Ability to manage complex projects, drive strategic initiatives, and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
