Today, we are looking for a Sr. Manager Consumer Experience  to join our team in Algeria.

 

This role is based in Algiers.

Job Scope

Driving the market commercial plans development and excellence in execution, including communication toolboxes transcreation /development and consumer experience design through a continued collaboration with the Deployment, Region and CCGM in order to achieve the company’s short and long term objectives (volume, market share and profitable

Key Responsibilities

•Work together with Portfolio/Brands Strategy team to direct local market innovation, market research and consumer insights initiatives in order to build a local pipeline of strategic portfolio/brands initiatives to meet consumer preferences.

•Ensure alignment of all programs with defined brand territory. Act as “brand guardian”, ensure brand communication consistency & balancing short term needs with long term brand positioning (including trade programs together with B2B2C and deployment teams).

•Ensure quality of execution (right material, right time, right place), priorities activities and efficiently manage available resources and satisfy all DME control and reporting requirements. Ensure compliance with local legislation and PMI’s marketing code in order to build ethical and sustainable business growth for PMI.

•Ensure that field & sales staff are fully trained regarding product and brand positioning and key attributes.

•Contribute to building business strategy in the key areas of assigned brands support considering regulation in the 4 markets in the cluster

•Ad hoc projects and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders
