Today, we are looking for a Commercial Strategy & Planning Lead to join our team in Algeria
This role is based in Algiers
Your ‘day to day’
- Identify business needs and collaborate with the Commercial Team to deliver impactful presentations and strategic recommendations for our commercial operations.
- Support strategic planning through statistical analysis and prioritization of commercial plans, including input into 3-Year Plans.
- Lead Monthly & Bi-weekly reporting including all our commercial KPIs.
- Partner with Marketing department for a smooth planning of visibility campaigns, accurately defining relevant audiences.
- Validate the field application of segmentation logic across channels and territories, ensuring alignment with execution capabilities and business priorities.
- Support business units with excellence in execution and contribute to the optimum resource allocation to optimize coverage of the assigned territories.
- Lead technical coordination with the external development and maintenance agency for commercial reporting platforms and ensure tools evolve in line with business needs.
- Partner with the Data & Analytics team to address commercial needs, review reporting and provide performance insights.
- Provide technical support through internal and external presentations and ensuring compliance with company policies and trading codes.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant practices & procedures / local legislation in the area of responsibility, through attentive and proactive adherence to PM values.
Who we’re looking for
- Graduate in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing or related field
- 3+ Proven experience in commercial intelligence, data analytics or strategic planning.
- Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English & French (Spoken and Written)
