Today, we are looking for a Brand Experience Sr Specialist to join our team in Algeria.

 

This role is based in Algiers.

 

Your ‘day to day’:

 

  • Lead the development, adaptation and execution of content and communication materials across consumer touchpoints.
  • Support visibility and engagement initiatives for brand activation, including consumer education content, tasking visuals and POS execution.
  • Work closely with Digital teams to ensure content consistency and support online journey design.
  • Ensure 360° consistency of messaging across all consumer engagement channels.
  • Leverage insights from multiple sources to define and localize content that addresses consumer motivations and barriers.
  • Develop communication and education materials helping consumers navigate key behavioural changes.
  • Ensure all developed materials are fully compliant with local regulatory requirements and internal marketing policies.
  • Guarantee quality execution of all initiatives and clear documentation of all approvals prior to implementation.
  • Coordinate project timelines, planning, and alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with creative and production agencies (briefing, execution oversight, quality control).
  • Oversee content production for online and offline channels.
  • Manage budget planning, tracking and forecasting for all Consumer Experience activities.
  • Work closely with the Consumer Experience Manager to develop insights-driven initiatives that support brand portfolio strategy.
  • Ensure ongoing alignment and support to internal teams by providing tools, content, and brand education.

 

Who we’re looking for:

 

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing or Consumer Engagement (FMCG experience preferred).
  • Proven track record in managing brand plans, communication content, and integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, offline).
  • Experience working with cross functional teams and managing external partners/agencies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English & French (Spoken and Written).
