  • Manage end-to-end import operations from Senegal into Côte d’Ivoire, ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation and full compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Analyse operational performance, identify trends and provide clear business insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Prepare and present performance updates, reports and dashboards using advanced Excel and analytical tools to support effective business decision-making.
  • Monitor key supply chain critical metrics including costs, lead times, service levels, quality and operational performance, driving corrective actions and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end projects, including planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of business results.
  • Optimise logistics costs across transportation and warehousing while managing the performance of third-party providers including freight forwarders, transport partners and warehouses.
  • Ensure regulatory and internal compliance by managing customs requirements, audit preparation, documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal collaborators including Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance and Operations, as well as external partners, to ensure alignment and rapid resolution of operational challenges.
  • Manage and develop one direct report, providing guidance, coaching and creating a culture of ownership and accountability.
